LONDON… teeming with life!

London is the largest European city. It rapidly developed over the centuries and this is where innovative solutions were popularized first, e.g. the first ATM machine in the world appeared here in 1967. London's Heathrow is the largest European airport, serving over 60 million passengers a year, and London Underground encompasses no less than 270 stations and more than 400 km of tracts. London is teeming with life, filled with tremendous motion and noise, where cultures from all over the world mix together.  According to some estimates, there are even 12 thousand international restaurants, cafes, and other kind of eateries in London

English cuisine is based on simple meat dishes, which main purpose is to satiate. Fish and chips are very popular as well as beef burgers. Breakfast is an important meal of the English cuisine and it consists of deep fried ingredients, such as: eggs, bacon slices, pork frankfurters, sliced sausage and sweet beans in sauce. An alternative to this breakfast could include some toast, oatmeal, coffee or tea. Tea is traditionally drunk during afternoon tea time which usually ends with a bit of whisky or gin.
